Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the purity and safety of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened Bath, Body & Hand products (for hygiene reasons)
- Used Candles and Essential Oils (once lit or opened)
- Intimate products (for health and safety considerations)
- Opened Beauty products (BEAUTY, Beauty Gifts & Sets, Haircare)
- Books & Magazines (unless damaged upon arrival)
- Earl of East Merch (final sale items)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 hours (on business days), you’ll receive a return authorization email with shipping instructions and a return label if applicable.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all original materials. Ship to:

Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
