Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not resonate with your sanctuary as expected. Our returns process is designed to be as tranquil and thoughtful as our products.

Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the purity and safety of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened Bath, Body & Hand products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used Candles and Essential Oils (once lit or opened)
  • Intimate products (for health and safety considerations)
  • Opened Beauty products (BEAUTY, Beauty Gifts & Sets, Haircare)
  • Books & Magazines (unless damaged upon arrival)
  • Earl of East Merch (final sale items)

The Return Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24 hours (on business days), you’ll receive a return authorization email with shipping instructions and a return label if applicable.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all original materials.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
